Meet Michele
Michele has been working in the field of Accounting and has experience working with different types of small businesses and industries, she’s also works with the financial information for many divorces and Estates. Seeing client disputes and divorces end in court, she knows that there is often a disconnect between the client’s real-life needs and the final settlement agreement. The legal system takes the complexities of a case and boils them down to details and facts on a page; and during this process, people are almost always forgotten. This only results in frustration, more legal fees, and extra expenses.
Each case and each participant have their own unique qualities and circumstances; no two people and no two cases are the same. The law follows practices and customs in order to deal with crime, business, social relationships, property, finance, etc. What if your case doesn’t fit into that box?
As a mediator, Michele works with both parties to find the best and most productive agreement that fits their needs. Because people matter, these agreements are and will always be individualized to fit each party. She does not believe in only option one or two; her experience and conflict resolution skills allow her to encourage clients to find the third option, the option that works best for them. That extra step distinguishes her from other mediators.
